Richard first obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology from SMU prior to attending law school. He also has experience working at a private psychiatric hospital. Additionally, Richard frequently represents individuals when facing pending applications for mental health services and is familiar with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis and a wide variety of other mental health disorders. At times, untreated or chronic disorders require a family to seek guardianship of a loved one or family member, and Richard can help with that as well.
